She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and has pursued Liberal Arts studies in Public Health at Southern Maine Community College (SMCC). With over seven years of leadership experience, Carine boasts a strong background in community health. Her most recent role as Practice Manager at Greater Portland Health (GPH) honed her financial management, leadership, and communication skills. Carine's diverse experience and dedication to community health make her uniquely qualified to lead Authentic In-Home Care. She lives in Windham, ME with her family.

Jean Bosco, RN, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine (USM) and has been employed as a Registered Nurse at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford since 2021. His clinical experience includes rotations at St. Mary's Psychiatric Hospital, Central Maine Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, and Westbrook Express Care. Jean Bosco is certified as both a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA). He is proficient in medical software systems, including EPIC and PointClickCare. Jean Bosco resides in Windham, ME with his spouse and two children.

Flora serves as the Program Coordinator for Authentic In-Home Care. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. With six years of experience as a rehabilitation and nursing home Registered Nurse, Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) instructor, cardiac nurse, and clinical care representative as a triage nurse in various healthcare facilities, Flora brings valuable expertise to our team. She is currently a Medical Book consultant and a CRMA and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) trainings instructor at Sunshine Consultation and Training LLC in Hampden, Maine. Flora's diverse background in nursing and healthcare administration enhances our ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care to the people we serve. She resides in Hampden, ME with her family.

Guillaume serves as the Board President of Authentic In-Home Care. He earned his Bachelor Degree at the University of Maine in Orono. With extensive experience as a Direct Support Professional and Program Administrator for respected group home agencies, Guillaume co-founded Peace Residential Care LLC in 2019, a licensed and approved program facility in Hampden, ME. He brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and community relations and advocacy. Guillaume resides in Hampden, ME with his family.
